Copyright Infringement Notification
arnovix respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through our services, please notify our designated copyright agent as set forth below.
Filing a DMCA Notice
To file a notice of infringement with us, you must provide a written communication that includes the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed

Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our copyright agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the content
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the location where you reside or where our business is located
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, arnovix has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our services and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Response Timeline
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material that we have removed or disabled access to the material
- Provide the user with a copy of the DMCA notice
- Take reasonable steps to notify the user of their right to file a counter-notification
We typically respond to valid DMCA notices within five business days of receipt.
Counter-Notification Response
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If the original complaining party does not file a court action seeking an injunction against the alleged infringement within ten business days, we may restore the removed content or cease disabling access to it.
False Claims
Please note that under applicable law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. You may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, if you materially misrepresent that content is infringing or was removed by mistake.
Educational Materials
We recognize that certain uses of copyrighted material may be considered fair use under copyright law. Before submitting a DMCA notice, please consider whether the use of copyrighted material falls under fair use, educational purposes, or other exceptions to copyright infringement.
International Considerations
While the DMCA is legislation specific to certain jurisdictions, arnovix respects intellectual property rights globally. We will review and respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement regardless of the geographic location of the complaining party or the alleged infringer, provided the notice meets the requirements outlined in this policy.
Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
